Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Products

  Carefully place the unused beauty items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, and include the provided packing slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; we recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
